Nestled in a little side street within La Jolla Village, just across the street from the Pacific Ocean, sits these six townhomes, crafted in Ipe wood and Crema limestone. The wooden volumes contain the living spaces of each unit, while the stone volumes hold the circulation and service spaces.

Each unit is accessed through a private front patio, lined with ficus trees, or via the subgrade private parking garage and elevator. The main level, which opens fully to the front and back patios, contains the main living, dining, and kitchen space. The second level contains the secondary bedrooms and small retreat rooms. The third level contains the master bedroom, with a private ocean view deck.
