The project optimizes its density by confining all of its units into one building mass situated on a rectangular 7,000 sf shaped lot. The building mass expands and contracts while simultaneously creating 3 substantial pocket courtyards that open up to the sky, consequently allowing curated release moments and a nuanced multiformity to its exterior facade.

The placement of the building windows become a reflection of its program, thus revealing its normalcy to its surrounding context. The rhythm of the windows is a direct reflection of how the building was designed, how it functions, and it’s very clear intention: to blend in a residential neighborhood.
